However, Luciano was approached by Eylan Hessman, Nicholas’ half-brother. With funding, Hessman promised to rebuild Rocca into the ultimate killing machine. With cybernetic enhancements he became Overtkill, an unstoppable assassin, and was sent to New York to take down the mysterious Spawn.
