TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-orders/Back-orders:
-ETA for all items are an estimate and may arrive before or after the initially provided ETA.
-By ordering, you agree to patiently wait for orders to arrive. Please understand that any delays are beyond our control.
-Full payment promos are only applicable to certain items. To avail of the full payment promo price or offer, you must pay for the item in full upon ordering and not by parts. Please do not harass anyone into giving you a full payment promo if it is not available for the specific item.
-Some orders may be subject to allocation. In case of allocation, we will distribute the item on a first come first serve basis, based on the time downpayment was made. Multiple orders may be reduced to one per customer in order to give everyone a chance.
-Hasbro items are ALWAYS subject to allocation. By ordering Hasbro items (Marvel Legends, G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Wars. Etc) you agree and understand that your order may be allocated and that you do not have the right to hold any ill will against us.
-By ordering, you agree and understand what allocation means.
-Some items may arrive in batches. This means those who ordered earlier, may receive their orders first. Please be patient and wait for us to inform you regarding arrival.
-For Back orders, we will return downpayment if item cannot be ordered anymore.
-For some brands, ETA for their item may be changed without prior notice to us or to you.
-Orders that do not arrive after 3 years of initial ETA are automatically canceled and will be refunded.
Downpayment:
-Downpayments must be sent to us within 48 hours of placing your order or before the stated deadline for pre-orders, whichever comes first, to be counted. No downpayment, no order.
-Once downpayment is sent to us, order can not be changed to another item for any reason.
-We accept downpayments through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, GCash, or Paymaya over the counter or online. We will send the details to you through facebook messenger. We encourage everyone to have access to online banking for your convenience. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to check.
-Downpayments are non refundable for any reason including but not limited to:
A) Change of mind
B) Item arrived ahead of ETA
C) Item arrived later than ETA
-We will be returning downpayments through online transfer only or you may use it as credit for any other item, for the following reasons:
A) Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor has confirmed that the item is cancelled/cut short. This may happen anytime even after the ETA.
B) Your order has been subject to allocation
C) Your HASBRO order has been subject to allocation
D) Your HASBRO order did not arrive 3 months after ETA
E) Your order did not arrive 3 years after the initially stated ETA, but was not confirmed to be cancelled by Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor.
Freebies:
-Freebies are free.
-Freebies may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.
-You agree and accept that freebies are free and cannot be exchanged.
-For plastic model kits that are qualified for FREE Assembly service, balance must be settled first before we begin assembly. Our staff will give you an estimated time of completion and you agree to patiently wait for your order to be assembled. This may vary per model and due to queue. We are not liable for any damage or missing parts that may occur during assembly. No paint/marking is included for this service.
FREE SHIPPPING PROMOS:
-Not all items and locations are qualified. Please do not harass our staff.
-We do not allow customers to book for FREE SHIPPING.
-You agree to patiently wait for the item to arrive as this is a FREE service.
Updates:
-We will only be messaging you when orders are here, or in rare cases, when orders are cancelled. If you do not here from us or do not see our posts, orders have not arrived yet and are not cancelled.
-Do not assume there are no updates, you may use the contact form on the contact page to request an update. We also post updates on the page from time to time.
Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor cancellations:
-Items may be cancelled by the manufacturer at any time for any reason, at any time, even after the ETA. Do note that cancellation of your order is made by the manufacturer, not us.
-You agree and understand that this is beyond our control.
Notification:
-We will inform you once orders are ready. If there is no reply within 7 days, we may automatically consider this as joy dibs. Please reply.
Claiming:
-Items must be fully paid before we ship within 7 days of notification. We accept payments through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, GCash, or Paymaya over the counter or online.
-We will be shipping through Lalamove/Grab for Metro Manila orders or nearby provinces. Items will be coming from Cubao, Quezon City. Please be patient as booking may take longer than usual due to the situation. We will book as soon as possible. Shipping fee will be paid to the rider upon arrival to you. Rates vary.
-Should you advance any shipping fee, do note that we will still base the shipping fee on the day and time that shipping will be made. Deficient amount will still be charged.
-We reserve the right to not personally deliver any order as we are already using courier services to do so.
-You agree and understand that it is not our fault if you do not receive your item if you are sleeping or occupied when you asked us to have your items shipped.
-We reserve the right to change courier without prior notice including but not limited to: Can’t be book.
-We will book for you in order to avoid mismatching orders and overcrowding.
-Should you have a specific time to receive your items, we will try to meet them. However, do understand that there are things beyond our control such as, traffic situation, queue of orders, delays in booking due to rider shortage, explosions, accidents, alien invasions, etc.
-For nationwide shipping, we will be using LBC door to door or LBC COP. Please be patient as processing may take longer than usual due to the situation. We will ship as soon as possible. We ship through LBC once a week. Rates vary.
-For LBC COD, pay shipping fee upon arrival..
-For LBC COP, pay the shipping fee upon claiming.
-For LBC shipments, do not force us to place your orders in the smallest box available when we all know it wouldn’t fit. Unless you agree to have your items damaged/broken.
-For AP Cargo, pay shipping fee upon arrival. We will ship as soon as possible. We ship through AP Cargo once a week
-Should they misdeliver, you agree and understand that we did not instruct them to mis ship your orders.
-Any damages that occur in delivery are out of our control. You accept and understand this.
-You agree and understand that once a week may be as long as 12 days in between, mathematically.
Item conditions/Exchanges:
-Best conditions will be given to the orders that leave us first.
-Paint conditions, box conditions, loose joints, common QC issues, and the like are not considered defects, and therefore, not subject for exchange, unless recalled and announced by the manufacturer.
-Items with electronics may or may not be replaced by manufacturer depending on the manufacturer. Order at your own risk.
-HASBRO products paint conditions and box conditions are not considered defects, and therefore, not subject for exchange
-FUNKO products paint and box conditions are not considered defects and therefore, not subject for exchange
-We also do not accept replacements for products that vary from promotional images as these are prototypes and always subject to change by the manufacturer.
-We do not accept exchanges if you damage or mishandle your item when playing. Please see instruction manual or watch youtube reviews.
– We will only accept exchanges if there are missing parts or broken parts provided that there is an uncut and unedited video proof of the item from the courier to inspection of item and clearly shown where the missing parts/damages are. If we still have extra stocks of the same item, we will be exchanging it. If none, we will replace your item with another item of equal amount or refund you the full amount. We will require the item to be shipped back to us first. We are requesting the video as we will be asked for it as well.
-If the missing part/s can be ordered from the manufacturer, you agree to patiently wait for the replacement. We apologize for this as this is a manufacturer error and beyond our
-Should this be not acceptable to you, please do not order
-Exchanges are only acceptable within 7 days of claiming or within 14 days of arrival of item arrival, whichever comes first.
Refund:
-Should you be offered a refund for any reason, and refuse, you waive all and any of your complaints.
Proof of transaction:
-If you will be asking for an ID or IDs as proof that we are legitimate, we will politely decline due to potential identity theft.
-You may check the reviews section of our facebook page for proof of transaction.
Storage:
-We do not allow storage of any kind until your other orders arrive. Please claim them immediately.
-We reserve the right to sell any unclaimed items within 7 to 14 days upon non claiming. Regardless if settled or unsettled.
Item Separability:
-All items are considered individual orders even if ordered at the same time or as a “set”. Items that have arrived must be settled and claimed even if the others have not yet arrived.

-For example, you ordered Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk. They must be settled even if not all four of them arrived yet.
-Another example, if you ordered a doll and a robot, and one of them arrives earlier than the other, this must be settled and claimed.
Joy Dibbers/Late payments:
-For those who have a history of joydibbing with us or extremely late payments, we reserve the following rights:
A) We reserve the right to forfeit any downpayments made for any order
B) We reserve the right to cancel any current/incoming orders.
C) We reserve the right to offer your orders to other people.
D) We reserve the right to choose which items your additional payments go to and/or choose which items to release to you.
E) We reserve the right not to inform you of any incoming order for any other item.
F) We reserve the right to add/change these depending on the current situation.
-While we won’t post names of offenders, should we be asked, we may choose to answer or not.
Continuity:
-Common sense required in ordering
