“MACROSS Plus” (OVA / 1994-1995)

In the year 2040 AD, the next main variable fighter development plan “Super Nova” was in progress on the planet Eden.
Isamu, who became a test pilot for the plan, reunites with his old friends Galdo and Myun in Eden.
The destinies of three people who had a connection in the past intersect once again.
This is an OVA work planned and produced in parallel with the TV series “ Macross 7”, with Masaharu Kawamori serving as the general director. The battle scenes by “Itano Circus” are spectacular.
It is also known as a work that introduced CG in the early stages in anticipation of the digitization of Japanese animation. The Movie was also released that reconstructed the OVA work and added new cuts.

From “MACROSS Plus”, the strange prototype variable fighter “YF-21” driven by “Gard Gore Bowman” has finally taken off as DX CHOGOKIN! !

From “MACROSS Plus”, the other main character machine “YF-21” alongside “YF-19” is finally commercialized. Realizes three-stage transformation with completely new modeling. It is also possible to reproduce high maneuver mode (limiter release mode) with limbs purged. Comes with familiar equipment such as FAST pack and gun pod.

From the OVA “MACROSS Plus”, the prototype variable fighter “YF-21” developed by General Galaxy in the next all-domain fighter development project “Super Nova Project” is finally released in DX CHOGOKIN.

Canopy can be opened and closed. A figure of “Gard Gore Bowman” sitting in the cockpit is included.
Achieved three-stage transformation of “YF-21”. In fighter form, the characteristic aircraft silhouette is reproduced. The engine nozzle fins move one by one.
Equipped with a product original development gimmick on the legs. Combined with the sliding gimmick of the engine block, this creates a silhouette similar to the Gerwalk mode.
The engine block’s sliding gimmick allows for the unique proportions of the Battroid form.
Canopy parts for Battroid form are included.
Includes FAST pack parts that can be attached to the aircraft. Gun pods are included separately, one that attaches to the FAST pack and one that can be unfolded and held in the hand.
Three-stage transformation is possible when equipped with FAST pack.
Battroid form with FAST pack equipped. In addition to the movable hand parts, two types of hand parts, a grasping hand and a gun holding hand, are included as replacement wrists.
By deploying the landing gear built into the main body, you can display it in the landing state. Even when the FAST pack is installed, the landing gear can be deployed and displayed in the same way.
By purging the leg units and arms and attaching shutter parts, it is possible to reproduce the “high maneuver mode” for ultra-high maneuverability combat.
Effect parts are included on the left and right sides that allow you to reproduce the “Pinpoint Barrier Punch” by replacing the hand parts.
